1. Is there an entrance Fee?
Kutzcon is a free to attend convention!
2. Is the building handicap accessible?
There are handicap parking spots, an entrance ramp and elevators to access the second floor
3. How can I apply to vend, staff the con, host a panel or perform?
Links to the current year’s applications will be shared in the following locations once the reservation request for the venue is approved by the University.

4. What size are the tables provided for vendors? Will chairs be provided?
Tables are available in two sizes and two chairs will be provided for each table.

Rectangle tables - 8ft x 30in

Square tables - 4ft x 4ft
5. Will there be a stage for performances?
While we would love to provide a stage, the cost of renting one is higher than the KU Anime Club, a student organization, can cover at this time. We will be working on fundraising opportunities to work towards that goal but at the moment the main floor will be at floor level.
6. Will food be provided?
No complimentary meals will be provided, however snacks and drinks can be purchased for a low cost at the Anime Club’s Maid Cafe. There are also coffee shops and vending machines in the neighboring buildings!
